Tyler Alexander Morales brings a unique combination of construction experience, resilience, and genuine care for people to Grace Morales Builders.

Tyler began his career in the construction industry as a framer before moving into the structural iron industry, where he contributed to major commercial projects, including work on Salesforce Tower in San Francisco. While he valued the experience and discipline of the trades, he recognized the physical demands of ironwork and chose to expand his knowledge of the industry by pursuing a career in building inspection.

His background provides him with a well-rounded understanding of construction from multiple perspectives — from hands-on field work to building codes, quality standards, and project coordination. This experience allows him to support both clients and project teams with insight, organization, and attention to detail.

Known for his patience, gratitude, and calm demeanor, Tyler is deeply committed to helping others. He works closely with clients, trade partners, designers, and team members to help projects move forward smoothly and efficiently.

Having overcome significant personal challenges throughout his life, Tyler has developed a strong appreciation for perseverance, integrity, and the importance of building meaningful relationships. Outside of construction, Tyler is a devoted father, musician, and songwriter who brings the same passion and dedication to his personal pursuits as he does to his professional work.

Originally from Oaxaca, Mexico, Angel has called California home for more than 30 years. With over 26 years of construction experience, he has been an essential part of Grace Morales Builders since 2008.

As Lead Foreman, Angel oversees day-to-day operations on-site, leads and supports our crews, and ensures every project is built to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. His deep knowledge, attention to detail, and ability to solve problems on the spot make him an invaluable leader in the field.

Known for his patience, positive attitude, and unwavering work ethic, Angel takes the time to explain, teach, and mentor every member of the team. He approaches challenges with calm confidence and creativity — often finding innovative solutions others might not see.

Whether it’s perfecting a tile detail or rigging a 1,400-pound beam without the need for a crane, Angel brings a “MacGyver” mindset and an obsessive commitment to getting it right.

Clients frequently share how much they appreciate his professionalism, clear communication, and the care he puts into every project. Many are sad to see him leave their job site.

When he’s not on-site, Angel enjoys life with his wife, Julia, and their two beautiful children, a son and a daughter. Family is at the heart of everything he does.
